Miriam Bryant: The Find from Gothenburg

Name: Miriam Bryant

Where They’re From:
Gothenburg, Sweden

Genre: Soul pop

When They Started: 2012

Most Like: Adele

Sounds Like: A rainy day with a hint of a panic attack

With just one single out, English-born, Swedish-raised, 21-year-old chanteuse Miriam Bryant is already garnering apt (and probably unwanted) comparisons to Adele. It’s in the Grammy-winner’s way that Miriam’s track “Finders, Keepers” hits you right in the gut with a soulful, if not slightly gritty voice and pained, dramatic orchestral pop production (courtesy of her friend Victor Rådström).

Miriam is relatively new to the world and the land of music buzz, so for now the single is speaking for her.

Have a listen to “Finders Keepers.”
