Art vs. Science
The Sydney electro-pop dance band Art vs. Science formed in 2008. The trio, Dan Mac, Jim Finn, and Dan Williams, signed up for gigs before they even started writing songs — and soon they were playing at tons of venues to packed houses. They released their independently produced, self-titled debut in May 2009. Since then, they put out several singles, three EPs, and their debut album The Experiment, and became notorious for their playful live performances — as well as their viral video for the house track “Magic Fountain,” which features an impressive shirt made entirely of stereo speakers.
