Dreamy guitar and layered instrumentation are the calling cards of this Montreal, Canada quartet. The band members, Raphaelle Standell-Preston, Katie Lee, Austin Tufts and Taylor Smith started out together in high school in 2006 and have developed an impressive following, including playing with Deerhunter and getting a short write up in the New York Times. In 2011 they released their first full length album, Native Speaker and have been touring extensively since.

Their experimental pop has been compared to Animal Collective, Broken Social Scene and Arcade Fire. Some of their songs are extensive instrumental journeys that take you on a voyage from soft and sweet to jangly and harsh, all this over beautiful guitar.
