Blessed with a Sinead O’Connor style and Robyn vocals, Swedish-born, Norway-based singer Karin Park is the edgy electro-goth maven of Scandinavia. Karin has been performing with her brother David Park since 2004. Her music, simultaneously gloomy and invigorating, has garnered her comparisons to the likes of Bjork and Fever Ray (who works under the same producer). With three albums under her belt and a fourth in the works, Karin’s dark lyrics and fast beats make for perfect rainy day dancing.
