Far East Movement - “Like A G6”

<p>There’s something about Far East Movement’s “Like A G6” that’s perfect to get you out of your summer heat wave funk and in the mood for a night on the town. It could be the crisp echo of the Los Angeles-bred hip house quartet’s electro vocals, the dark club scene or just the addicting pump of the bass. It also may be the flow of Kev Nish’s lyrics or just that prowling the streets of L.A. late at night never looked quite as glamorous as when the two bombshells in the song’s video go for it. Whatever the reason, we predict this new digital single will fly (like a G6) permanently to the top of your summer play list. </p>

"Girls on the Dance Floor" is the first smash single off Far*East Movement's new album, 2009's <i>Animal</i>. It's positively epic -- huge party scenes and shots in the desert, gorilla costumes and massive crowds. We can't imagine a better fit for this uptempo, dance-inducing, dangerously catchy song.
