In the MTV Iggy Hall of Fame, we honor the megastars we discovered back when they were just starting out. When no one knew what to make of that British Punjabi R&B singer, or those pan-Asian rappers, or that group fusing traditional Colombian cumbia to an electrifying new sound — we fell in love and covered these artists nonstop.
Now that they’re industry giants, we’d like to pay tribute, and pat ourselves on the back for a discovery well done.
