Techno maven Boys Noize has revealed the enigmatic first track off his forthcoming third album Out of the Black. “XTC” bangs without a hint of mystery or subtlety, just the way we like it, but what is he talking about? Is this a tribute to the ’80s band of the same name. If so, it’s nice to see them getting their due. He can’t mean … no. Nobody calls it that anymore.
