Never go to a shady arcade with Daft Punk. Apparently, you’ll get your butt kicked in a digital jousting match against Olivia Wilde inside the Tron-sphere. And if I’m not mistaken, that’s a bad thing.

Check out the video for “Derezzed,” one of Daft Punk’s more talked-about contributions to the Tron Legacy soundtrack.

The duo’s super 8-bitty track sounds like it was pulled directly from an 80s video game, then remastered into tense, distorted house adventure that’s all over the scale.

The video is about as watchable as someone playing an old arcade game right in your face. I had to play it back a few times to catch/care about what was going on — all those grid lines and purposely bad graphics. Back off, Disney, your nostalgia doesn’t work on me!
