Diplo’s dabbling in more lo-fi vibes with “About That Life” featuring Jahan Lennon.

Jahan Lennon is Jahan Zeb Malik, PO PO’s erstwhile leader, and his Diplo collab constitutes an interesting development for him as well as Diplo. As a label head, Mr. Docus has been releasing fuzzy-wuzzy sounds like this, but we can’t recall when he’s put his own name on them.

The video for “About That Life” scans like an orientalist “fashion movie” for Urban Outfitters, which is kind of brilliant if you squint.
