The first time the boys of La Vida Boheme came to New York City was just this past July. And today, just six months later, they’re deep inside MTV headquarters in Times Square, doing final prep before tomorrow’s worldwide-streaming concert. No wonder they’re all high-fives in the green room.
The biggest controversy – where would the band throw paint on each other, as they do before every show? The band travels with its own tarps, so they could theoretically do it anywhere. But the shows’ producers managed to find them a bathroom — a small one — anyway.
Then, it was on to the legendary MTV studio.
“Increíble, no?” said their manager.

Guitarist Daniel didn’t reply, because he was too busy capturing the stage, Times Square, and all its lights, on his video camera.
In between snapping photos and hammering out details with the crew, bassist Rafael told us what the band was most excited about.
“The big opportunity to play for millions of screens at the same time,” he said. From Caracas to the world!
He also threw love at the other artist sharing the roster with LVB at tomorrow’s event.
“We have the oppotunity to perform with huge artists, like Yuna and Gyptian. We’re really happy,” he said.
Watch the livestream here from 4pm to 6pm New York Time.
