San Antonio’s youngest rock veterans are returning to the scene with their fourth album Exits and All the Rest. It’s coming out November 1 on Joan Jett’s Blackheart Records.

The band started when lead singer Nina Diaz was just thirteen. It’s now seven years later and they have a devoted fan base earned on the strength their musical integrity and a big lush sound stemming from a perfect storm of emotionally charge influences from rockabilly to rancheras.

Some of their fans are pretty high-profile. In addition to being taken under Joan Jett’s raven wing, they’ve toured with everyone from Morrissey to Tegan and Sara and composed a song for Robert Rodriguez’s last film Machete.

Now the trio has hooked up with yet another legend. They’re currently on a US tour with none other than The Go-Gos! Girl in a Coma is on the road with the ladies who gave us “We Got the Beat” through the 28th of August. Check out their tour dates if you’re going to be in the western United States. Who knows, you might get to hear one of the new songs!
