Jamaican singjay phenom Gyptian didn’t feel the need to talk much during his run-through at MTV headquarters today. In a shiny black parka and suspenders dangling behind him, he sipped hot tea during the final run-through and let his managers do the talking. He was drinking tea stay warm, obviously! (We have other suggestions to keep the temperature up here). Too cold even to speak, the poor thing.

But still. Despite his troubles, Gyptian told me what I needed to know when he answered my most burning question.
Yep ladies, he’s single.
