Frontman of Polish black metal destroyers Behemoth, Adam “Nergal” Darski has become the product spokesperson for Demon Energy Drinks. A portion of the sales will go to DKMS foundation, which supports those diagnosed with various forms of blood cancer, and which helped the singer and guitarist during his own struggle with cancer.

“I’ve never been much of a fan of such drinks but I loved the idea behind it… the whole campaign is strongly connected with DKMS foundation (the one that found a bone marrow donor for myself). The percentage of sales will be donated to the foundation and will make this whole business worthwhile for me. Besides, I loved the name and a logo…so why the fuck not?,” Nergal said in a statement.

Fair enough. But with a campaign like that, this energy drink had better have the blood of virgin goats in it, or it’s posing epically.
