America’s favorite purveyors of incontinent rock ‘n’ roll, Pissed Jeans just announced their first album in four years and a bunch of tour dates through the kind of cold, grumpy cities that readily tolerate their brand of half-deranged howling and instrument assault.

The Philly-based noise/hardcore quartet is releasing their fourth full-length Honeys February 12th via Sub Pop to the delight of fans whose eardrums have by now had plenty of time to recover from the insult and injury of 2009′s King of Jeans. Start building up a tolerance now with the new single “Cathouse” and the other one, “Bathroom Laughter”:
