We’re not the only ones with holiday spirit – Skrillex has gotten in on the fun too. Last night the dance music god dressed up as fellow DJ and Duck Sauce member A-Trak. A very fabulous A-Trak.

Our Best New Band nom tweeted a photo of himself in a black fedora, fake moustache and beard, roughly matching the Canadian American’s sartorial aesthetic, but completed the look with…a fluffy pink feather boa.

Minutes later, A-Trak returned the compliment, tweeting a photo of himself dressed as Skrillex, with the long sideways hair, glasses, and plaid shirt. He also tweeted this second photo in front of some gilded doors with gold knockers — Skrillex partying at a French hotel, perhaps.

While A-Trak earns a perfect ten for accuracy, as well as for effort, something about Skrillex’ impressionistic A-Trak that compels us even more. Plus, A-Trak had a lot more inspiration to work with, since dressing up as Skrillex is an all-year-long project for many.
