The A$AP Mob Strikes Again…With “Goldie”
A$AP Rocky leaks "Goldie", the first single off of his anticipated debut album.

With gold grills and ’90s-styled corn-row plaits swaying and a slippery Southern-influenced twang, rebel rapper A$AP Rocky once caused an uproar when he declared “Purple Swag” with the assistance of “Peso”. His viral success has gone major ever since, leading to an impressive million dollar record deal and a performance slot on Drake’s Take Care tour. Just yesterday, the young Harlemite turned up the heat with the leak of his latest effort and first single off his solo debut LongLiveA$AP called, “Goldie”.

The audio fix, which is produced by recent G.O.O.D. Music signee Hit-Boy (read: the man responsible for the thumpage behind Lil Wayne’s “Drop The World” and Jay-Z and Kanye West’s ‘Ni**as in Paris”), knocks hard retaining most of Rocky’s infamous screwed voice, with supportive woodwinds that get high and descend quite breezily. …Maybe real hustlers don’t sleep after all.
