In mid-July a compilation of rare Irish music was released, bringing us back to the early ’80s and the post-punk experimental music scene in the emerald isle. The new 14-track album, “Strange Passion” is filled with Irish post punk rock music that weaves in contemporary and electronic sounds.
Until this summer these songs had never been released, and were taken from limited, privately pressed vinyl and home made cassettes and mixed resident B-Music Dublin DJ Darren McCreesh.
