Let’s set the record straight. It’s not SAKI, people, it's saké! (Rhymes with “no way!”) But there’s a lot that we don’t know about this Japanese alcoholic beverage. So we headed over to the Nishimoto Trading Annual Sake Festival to get schooled on the basics of お酒. While we interviewed the brewery representatives, we took full advantage of the open bar. Strictly for research, of course. Remember kids, with great liquor comes great responsibility. Besides, no one likes “Asian Glow.”
