Hanni El Khatib is the type of guy who doesn’t have to do much to stand out. In an era “look at me!” and “dig my synthesizer!” antics, being around a tattooed rock ‘n roller who’s not afraid to be himself is extremely refreshing – even in 90 degree weather. We captured the New York rising rockabilly star during a heat wave in Highline Park and the nearby Half King restaurant in Manhattan, where he wore “sweltering” very well.
