LIGHTS is a name that crops up more and more each day. One day the young starlet is winning a Juno, the next she’s touring the globe, and the next she’s singing onstage with Deadmau5. But while her rise has been meteoric since the release of her album Siberia, LIGHTS remains a down-to-earth Toronto girl with World of Warcraft tattoos (seriously, she told us about them) –she just happens to be extremely photogenic. We caught LIGHTS before her recent show at Irving Plaza in New York, and went all high drama behind the curtains. Enjoy the show…although video gamer dudes ought to take a deep breath first.
