Behind the gyrations, pomp, and partying in any dancehall music video, there’s a lot of f***ing work to be done. Legends Popcaan and Beenie Man let us peep their behind-the-scenes routine at a video shoot for Beenie Man’s “Hot Like Fire” and Popcaan’s “The System” (both on Dre Skull’s new EP Loudspeaker Riddim) in a vibrant Jamaican neighborhood. Flip through their pre-production dance moves, the fanbase practically stampeding to get a glimpse, and, as in any video shoot, the ample downtime.
