Pacheko's Kosmicare is Bass from Outer Space

Pacheko just dropped a gem on the bass loving populace with Kosmicare, a bass/outer space/reggaeton/kuduro/Venezuelan changa tuki dance EP that blends surprisingly into any party.

Pacheko, who has a remix by Buraka Som Sistema’s Enchufada on his CV, delivers four down-and-dirty eclectic tracks that will force you to manically search for the shifty beat. With so many obscure Latin influences rocking the boat, you’ll also get a nice history lesson.

But as fun as Kosmicare is, it’s not loaded with show-offy club bangers. Any club crowd dancing to this would have to be pretty heady. An outerspace loungey synth effect makes the EP just as adaptable to the background of a hair salon. A very hip hair salon, at that.

You can get Kosmicare or hear it on his site, but I first recommend watching the VHS, 80s style cartoon video below that comes with the teaser and plenty of samplings.
