The Narcicyst - "Phatwa"
IraqFame may change many, but Iraqi hip hop artist and Dubai native The Narcicyst, aka Yassin Alsalman, stays true to his beliefs. He raps about racial profiling, giving a candid but all-too-real example in his video for "Phatwa" (from his self-titled album) which films an airport interrogation of Yassin himself. As he tries in vain to explain himself to a government agent whose irrational logic has turned him against the rapper, Yassin sends the clear message that this type of stereotyping is unwarranted and he won't stand for it.
