We had high expectations for A Silent Film, an English alt rock quartet. With a name like that, of course we’d want to see a mini movie! They satisfied our hopes with “Danny Dakota and the Wishing Well.” An exciting chorus of strings and rapid drums accompanies Danny, the green-eyed ingénue, in her wanderings alongside the Grand Canyon.
