M83, French indie poppers, continue their mysterious “Midnight City” plot with the aptly-titled “Reunion.” Though the mutant children, alien invasion and glowing eyes are captivating, we aren’t too distracted to appreciate M83’s crafty use of eighties-style electro guitar and bright, brash vocals.
