Regina is a Finnish indie electropop group, and you should be happy they at least made their name easy to pronounce. The black and white video for “Saanko jäädä yöksi” from their debut album Puutarhatrilogia shows four Scandinavian men doing routine ballet exercises, and the video’s simplicity is countered by the song’s complicated layers. The track features a fluttering piano, a deep bass, and a raspy feminine voice belonging to the vocalist known only as Iisa, creating something so completely new and different that no established genre really does it justice.
