The Phenomenal Handclap Band is a tight-knit aggregation of musicians and artists from Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Rooted in stylish beats and looking like it was made in the ’70s, the video for “15 to 20″s usage of split screen and a colour-fading filter add to a fun cops-and-robbers storyline that follows the band members through New York City and to their deaths. “15 to 20″ is from The Phenomenal Handclap Band’s debut and self-titled album, released in the summer of 2009.
