Spain’s hottest indie rockers Polock finally took their first band trip to the states. It was really only a matter of time. The band sports a sprightly image with their poppy melodies and youthful lyrics, and the rest of the world (Iggy included) has had their eyes on this Spanish rock quintet for a while now.

Though Polock jams entirely in English, there was a slight language barrier during the shoot (“More intensity!”), but we got them on that rooftop and that’s really all that matters.

Check out pictures of the band hanging out at a South Austin art studio, which is fitting, since Polock is named after American painter Jackson Pollock.
